Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 150g Banania
- 60g cake flour
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 80g butter
- Start by preheating the oven to 170°C (thermostat 5/6).
- Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk until frothy.
- Add the Banania and the cake flour and mix well.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk to just under boiling, then remove from heat and add the butter, cut into pieces. Stir until the butter is completely melted.
- Slowly pour the milk and butter mixture into the bowl, stirring with the whisk.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin and place in the oven for 20 min.
- Let the fondant cool, then cut into small squares.
