Ingredients:
For the pastry dough :
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup water (about 150 ml)
- 100g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
For the filling :
- 250g fromage blanc
- 90g Banania
- 2 eggs
- 5 bananas
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
- Start by preheating the oven to 200°C (thermostat 7).
- In a saucepan, heat the water, salt and butter. When the butter is melted, remove from heat, pour in the flour, and mix well.
- Place the dough in a buttered cake tin, smoothing it out with your fingertips to obtain a flat surface.
- In a large bowl, mix the fromage blanc with the sugar and the Banania.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking steadily to obtain a smooth cream. Spread the cream out over the dough.
- Peel the bananas, cut them into slices and arrange them on top of the chocolate cream.
- Sprinkle the pie with cinnamon sugar and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Enjoy the pie while still warm.
