Ingredients:
For the muffins :
- 120g flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 50g butter
- 60g sugar
For the fondant :
- 100g thick crème fraiche
- 5 tablespoons Banania
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Start by preheating the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- In a large bowl, mix together all the muffin ingredients and pour into 6 moulds on a muffin tin, filling to ¼ height. Let stand.
- Meanwhile, prepare the fondant.
- Mix the crème fraîche, the Banania powder, and the sugar, and heat for 5 minutes, stirring gently.
- Pour a teaspoon of fondant into each mould, and then cover each again with the rest of the muffin mix.
- Bake the muffins for 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove them from the moulds and enjoy them still warm.
